Hi guys! I just came back from a camping trip in Punta Finale, Mexico, and it was full of surprises! This trip inspired me to not only write a blog about books, but about traveling too! I find that the two go very well together, and I always bring books while traveling! So, enough about this topic, let's get on with the post! ;p

Do you often bring books while traveling? As I answered above, I always do! It doesn't matter if it's a two day trip to the most exciting place on Earth, who knows, maybe reading my book will be more fun! 😆

If you do like to bring books while traveling, then here are a few tips on how to bring books with you while you go sightseeing...

1) What type of book should I bring?

I usually bring any book on my TBR list, but if you really like reading something that fits your trip, here are a few types of books you could read to match your vacation:

• A book about the place you are going to - Most places have a book about it, it could be a traveler's guide; a history book; a non-fiction book about the climate, environment, and beings that live in that place; or just a fictional book that takes place where you are going!

• A book written by an author who has lived there or was born there - Authors are born all over the world, maybe you are going to England, I'm pretty sure we all know an author who lived in England!

• A book that fits with the theme of your travels - Going to the beach? Read a book that takes place at the beach. Going camping? Read a book about someone camping!

2) What are some good books about traveling?

If you like mysteries:

• Murder on the Orient Express by Agatha Christie

•Treasure Island

If you like feel-good books:

• Sunny Side Up

•Anne of Green Gables

•Alice's Adventures in Wonderland

I know this isn't much, and that all of them are classics, except for Sunny Side Up, but I am currently writing a post about books to read while traveling, and I don't want to spoil it for you guys... 😁

I really hope you guys enjoyed this post, and if you have any questions about books and traveling, feel free to comment!

Bye guys! Have fun reading!

Elena F. 😁
